Is my phone photo good enough?
A clear photo in natural light is ideal. Keep their face and ears in the picture. You can also choose to send your photo after ordering.
Will I see the artwork before it’s printed?
Yes. Your first artwork proof is ready within 1–2 working days. Request unlimited revisions before approving it for printing.
Is a frame included?
The starting price is for an unframed print. Select the size and available frame finish on the product page; your subtotal updates before you add it to your basket. Styled photographs show examples of how the artwork can look at home.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all UK and US portrait orders, with no minimum spend. Artwork approval comes before printing. Read our delivery information.
