These terms apply when you use wondermadepets.com or purchase from WonderMade. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.

Store and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your country to place an order. You must provide accurate, complete order, delivery and personalisation information.

Products and artwork

WonderMade products are individually made to order using the photographs and personalisation details you supply. Product images are illustrative. Colours and positioning may vary slightly between screens, print processes and finished materials.

Every portrait is individually prepared, checked and finished by our studio. We send an artwork preview before production. Unlimited reasonable revisions are included before approval. Production begins only after you approve the final artwork.

Your photographs and instructions

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photograph, name, logo, phrase or other material you submit. You grant WonderMade and its production partners a limited licence to use that material solely to prepare, produce, deliver and support your order. We may refuse material that is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person's rights.

Orders, prices and payment

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to successful payment and our ability to produce the item. Prices, promotions, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before production and will offer cancellation and a full refund if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before approving the final artwork. Once you approve the artwork, production begins and the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Personalised goods are made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned because you change your mind. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please see our Shipping policy for current regions, charges and estimated timings.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from the approved artwork, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The WonderMade name, website, designs, layouts, text and original artwork remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing a product gives you the finished item for personal use. It does not transfer commercial reproduction or resale rights unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully or use it to violate another person's rights. Third-party services and links may be governed by their own terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of your country.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order was placed will govern that order. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
