Is my pet photo good enough to use?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo showing their full face and ears. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and blurry images. See our photo tips, or contact us if you’re unsure.
Can I order this style for a cat or a dog?
Yes. Every style is available for cats and dogs. The example sheet in the gallery shows both, and your portrait will be created from your own pet’s photo.
Which size and finish should I choose?
Unframed prints: Small A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), Medium A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), Large A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). Framed prints: Small 8 × 10 inches, Medium 12 × 16 inches, Large 18 × 24 inches. See both size guides in the gallery. Decorative frames in lifestyle images may differ from your selected finish.
